By accessing or using the JuveRX website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and practitioners who access the site.

2. Description of Services

JuveRX provides private-label medical skincare products, chemical peels, professional aesthetic products, and a branding ecosystem including custom label design, QR code landing pages, and branded packaging for licensed aesthetic practitioners and related businesses.

3. Account Registration

To access the practitioner portal, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Professional Use Only

Chemical peels and certain professional-grade products are intended for use by licensed aesthetic professionals only. By purchasing these products, you represent that you hold the appropriate licenses and certifications required by your jurisdiction to perform the treatments for which the products are intended.

5. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed through Stripe and is due at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.

6. Branding Services

Custom label designs, QR landing pages, and branding assets are created for your exclusive use on JuveRX products only. You retain ownership of your brand name, logo, and provided brand identity assets. JuveRX retains ownership of label templates and landing page technology. Branding service fees are non-refundable once label mockups have been delivered.

7. QR Landing Pages

Landing pages hosted at juverx.com/p/[your-slug] are provided as part of Professional and Premium branding tiers. Content must comply with FDA cosmetic labeling guidelines and may not include drug claims, misleading information, or content that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to remove non-compliant content.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, design, branding, and technology are the property of JuveRX. Product formulations are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Your use of our products under your brand is licensed, not transferred.

9. Product Liability and Disclaimers

Products are provided "as is." While we maintain product liability insurance and follow strict quality control procedures, you assume responsibility for proper product use, storage, and compliance with local regulations in your jurisdiction. We are not liable for misuse or improper application of products.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JuveRX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, products, or website, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason. Upon termination, your access to the practitioner portal and QR landing pages will be disabled. Any outstanding orders will be fulfilled.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
