With deep expertise in the aesthetic industry and hands-on experience in product formulation, sales leadership, and supplier relationships, Lauren built JuveRX from the ground up to solve the problems she saw firsthand: high minimums, generic products, and zero branding support.
Today, she leads every facet of the business: from sourcing pharmaceutical-grade ingredients and overseeing product formulation, to building the branding ecosystem that helps practitioners launch their own skincare lines with confidence.
